Falling snow – a poem
Gently snowflakes fall, Feathery soft, In silent sighs. Patiently more waits to fly, In the quiet wings Of laden skies. It settles, A breath of purity, Masking natures gloom. Each intricate flake, Unique, Yet dancing To the same tune.
Promise of Snow – a poem
Red streaks paint A cold grey sky, Lone crow sings A plaintive cry, Crystals cascade From branches bare, And promises of snow Hang in frigid air.
